Q: Where are they made?
A: North Kinder clothes are all proudly made and manufactured in Vancouver, Canada.
Q: What are they made of?
A: Our products are made out of eco-friendly fabrics including bamboo, tencel and polar fleece made from recycled water bottles:)
Q: How do you care for them?
A: We recommend washing all items in cold water, inside out using phosphate free detergent. Tumble dry with low heat or hang to dry, and Iron inside out. Do not iron on printed pattern. Do not bleach.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. If you have not received your order, please contact us.
Q: Can I exchange/return my item(s) in store?
A: Unfortunately, any of our stockists cannot accept your return or exchange. For more information on this, please refer to our returns & exchanges page or contact us.
