Returns/Exchanges & Shipping
We want you to be completely happy with your NK purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we happily accept returns in exchange for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT:
We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
Merchandise eligible for a return/store credit must be unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached. Please contact hello@northkinder.com and provide your name, order #, and reason for return. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns.
Once we approve your return, we will provide you with the information you need to ship back your item. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees encountered. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, as North Kinder is not responsible for any lost parcels.
ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
WARRANTY:
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages occurred from accidents or misuse. If you feel that the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@northkinder.com. Please include your name, order #, and any photos of the damaged area.

North Kinder does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as "Delivered". It is the receivers responsibility to re-organize delivery or pick up if they are not available at time of delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES:
North Kinder cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to NORTH KINDER, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
